Question 1

How much does a project cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the scope, features, integrations, and complexity. Fixed-price services are priced upfront; custom websites, applications, automation, AI workflows, and integrations are quoted after we understand your requirements.

Question 2

How do we start a project?

Accepted Answer

Send us a message describing what you want to build or improve. We’ll clarify the business problem, users, workflow, key features, and integrations before recommending an approach and preparing a quote.

Question 3

How long does development usually take?

Accepted Answer

A simple landing page may take days, while custom websites, integrations, automation, and applications may take several weeks or longer. We provide an estimated timeline after the scope is defined.

Question 4

Can you help if I only have an idea and no technical requirements?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Explain the problem, your current process, who will use the solution, and your desired outcome. We can turn that into a practical feature list, workflow, technical approach, and implementation plan.

Question 5

Do I own the software and source code?

Accepted Answer

Ownership and source-code access are defined in the project agreement. For projects where source-code ownership is included, we can provide repository access and appropriate handover documentation.

Question 6

Can you improve or continue an existing application?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can assess an existing codebase, diagnose issues, improve performance, add features, integrate other systems, or continue development. Larger changes normally begin with a technical assessment.

Question 7

Can you integrate our existing software or third-party services?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can work with APIs, webhooks, databases, SaaS platforms, payment systems, accounting tools, and custom applications when suitable integration access is available.

Question 8

Do you provide maintenance after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, bug fixes, updates, support, and feature development can be arranged separately based on the application and required support level.

Question 9

What should I send when requesting a quote?

Accepted Answer

Tell us the problem you want to solve, who will use the solution, the main features or workflow, any systems it must connect with, and your preferred timeline. Rough requirements are enough to begin.
